The Shippen is a light and spacious barn conversion in the grounds of a small holding near Hartland, North  Devon. It is available for self catering holiday lets throughout the year.

There are two bedrooms each with its own bathroom, one upstairs and one downstairs, and a further bed suitable for a child/teenager in the upstairs lobby bedroom. 

The large living/dining room has a wood burning stove, a TV, plenty of books, games and DVDs. The conservatory has views over the garden, woods and fields.  

​The  beautiful private garden includes banks of wild flowers in the spring and summer, a lawn, and a patio looking out over woodland. 

Situated just 1.5 miles from Hartland, guests are spoilt for choice with a variety of coastal and woodland walks, stunning views and quiet beaches, on their doorstep.
